Seichim (often spelled Seichem) is a form of energetic hands-on healing very similar to Reiki. I believe that these two practices have the same root; the difference is that Reiki was brought to us through Japan , and Seichim - through Egypt . And of course both of these systems have undergone certain changes because of the people and the cultures.

The word Seichim is an Egyptian word for sacred power or strength. It works on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. It helps to bring balance to One's life; reduces stress, anxiety, realigns your Physical, Mental and Spiritual bodies. Helps to create harmonious environment so that it is easier to have a clear and direct connection to the Universe. And of course it also helps to heal physical ailments.

Just as Reiki, Seichim is transferred by a Master through a series of attunements, during which a series of symbols are sealed into the person's energy field, t uning the person's own energy system to the higher energies of the Universe. Connecting the person's energy directly to the Source.
